Judge Lucy Koh To Be Reunited With Her Favorite Friends Again, Court Orders Her To Review Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 Injunction

It looks as if Judge Lucy Koh isn’t quite finished yet in regards to the Apple vs. Samsung saga. If you recall, we mentioned that Samsung confirmed its intentions to appeal notable items such as the injunctions of its tablets— and it now appears that it has gotten its wish thanks to the U.S. courts.
